I can’t do Donald Duck

I’ve tried, but I simply cannot imitate Donald Duck.  It’s the only imitation that I wish I could do, but it fails me.  My father-in-law can imitate the duck sound perfectly.  Of course, this adds to my frustration.  My children flock to him with screams of delight as he effortlessly sounds like the beloved Disney

Thought #1:  Leaders are intentional with how they interact with people.  They don’t have the “let me serve people part,” and then a “leave me alone – I’m taking a break” part.  Every part of their lives should be weaved together into a tapestry of significance.
