By definition, this word thankfulness means…gratefulness: warm friendly feelings of gratitude.  We just walked through yet another Thanksgiving holiday, and this is becoming one of my favorite days.  Beyond the food, the slower schedule, and the start of the holiday season, I enjoy it because of the people that surround me.  Each Thanksgiving, we pause

Love Day – Sunday, November 10th!

Published on November 8th, 2013

These are some of my favorite days at ValleyPoint Church.  These days are simple, really.  It’s an opportunity to think of others first.  It’s an opportunity to inconvenience ourselves so that we can put a smile on someone else’s face.  It’s an opportunity to show that love matters.  I’m excited about the opportunity we have

The ValleyPoint Student Ministry

I’m very excited about what’s happening in the student ministry of ValleyPoint Church these days!  This energized group is really beginning to make some noise.  Their creativity and energy is contagious.  Students are being encouraged, challenged, and they’re having fun.  I see it in my own kids who are involved, and I’m very thankful for
